Job Description: Experienced Linux/Unix/*BSD System Administrator needed to support webhosting customers in a datacenter environment. Candidate must be available to work second shift. Your skills and experience should include: Experience in linux is a must, with other *BSD knowledge a big plus. Candidates should have experience installing/configuring/troubleshooting webhosting, email and ftp software, specifically apache, mysql, ssh, proftpd, exim, and pureftpd. Experience with webhosting control panel software (cPanel, plesk, directadmin) is a plus. Experience with kernel configuration, firewall configuration, and unix shell scripting is desirable, but not required.

Your responsibilities will include: Experience with customer support in a technical role via email, help desk and/or telephone is required, as is the ability to work without direct supervision in a team-based environment.
